Mandarin Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tbsp of tamari
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp of neutral flavoured oil (such as sunflower or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 mandarins, skin zested (finely grated) and segments chopped

Directions

Stir together. This vinaigrette goes very well in a salad with such ingredients as avocado, lettuce, spring onion and chicken.

The rainbow beetroot is the best I've ever tasted and I look forward to trying different vegetables out. Everyone at Largo Walled Garden is very friendly and helpful and I'm happy to support locally grown veg.
